1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Maps Lead Scraper (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

Maps Lead Scraper is a browser extension that scrapes publicly available business data from Google Maps, including business names, ratings, opening hours, phone numbers, addresses, website URLs, categories, and email addresses. It is operated by Imad Khan ("we", "us", "our").

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Maps Lead Scraper. By installing the Extension, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3 Description of Service

Maps Lead Scraper is a Chrome-compatible browser extension (Manifest V3) that:

• Scrapes publicly listed business information from Google Maps search results
• Extracts 8 data fields per listing: Business Name, Email Address, Star Rating, Opening Hours, Website URL, Phone Number, Full Address, and Category
• Visits business websites to automatically find email addresses via pattern matching
• Exports results as a CSV file with auto-download to your Downloads folder
• Provides a built-in results viewer with search, filter, sort, and one-click Open in Google Sheets / Excel Online

The Extension works on Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Opera browsers. Firefox support is not currently available.

4 Credit System & Pricing

Maps Lead Scraper operates on a credit-based model. There are no monthly subscriptions.

• 1 credit = 1 successfully scraped lead. Credits are only deducted when a listing is successfully scraped. Failed scrapes do not consume credits.
• Every new installation receives 3 free credits automatically — no sign-up or credit card required.
• Additional credits can be purchased in three packs: Starter (100 credits / $5), Pro (500 credits / $19), and Agency (1,000 credits / $35).
• Credits are stored locally in your browser and never expire.
• Credit purchases are processed through Paddle or approved direct payment methods. After payment confirmation, you receive activation instructions to add credits in the Extension.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Maps Lead Scraper only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the scraped data for spamming, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations (including anti-spam and data protection laws such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or equivalent)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension or any portion of it
• Use automated tools or scripts to bypass the credit system or manipulate credit balances
• Use the Extension to collect data for illegal purposes, including but not limited to identity theft, fraud, or stalking
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Extension or connected services

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of scraped data complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

6 Data & Privacy

Maps Lead Scraper only collects publicly available business data from Google Maps. The Extension does not:

• Collect personal user data or browsing history
• Require user registration or personal information to function
• Send scraped data to external servers — all data is processed locally in your browser
• Store cookies or tracking pixels

Credit balances and license keys are stored locally in your browser's extension storage. We do not have access to your scraped results or local data.

The auto email finder visits publicly accessible business websites and contact pages to extract email addresses using pattern matching. It only accesses publicly available web pages.

7 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Extension, including the source code, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by Imad Khan / Maps Lead Scraper. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Extension for personal or commercial lead generation purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8 Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with the following third-party services:

• Google Maps: Maps Lead Scraper scrapes publicly visible data from Google Maps. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google's Terms of Service apply independently to your use of Google Maps.
• Paddle and direct payments: Credit purchases are processed via Paddle or approved direct payment methods. The payment provider terms that apply to your selected method govern that transaction.
• Business Websites: The email finder visits business websites that appear in Google Maps listings. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those websites.

We do not control these third-party services and are not liable for any issues arising from their use.

9 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with Maps Lead Scraper, contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order details so we can review and process your refund request.

10 Disclaimers

Maps Lead Scraper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the scraped data. Business information on Google Maps may change at any time.
• Email finder results depend on whether businesses publicly list their email addresses on their websites. Typical hit rates are 40–65% depending on niche and location.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Google may change its interface or policies, which could temporarily or permanently affect the Extension's functionality.
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take based on data collected using the Extension.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imad Khan and Maps Lead Scraper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12 Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension for any user who violates these Terms, abuses the credit system, or uses the Extension for unlawful purposes — without prior notice or refund of unused credits.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users — for example, through a notice within the Extension or on the website.
